well, all is going well with my 19 day old mallard egg, it's growing in there as now I can't see a thing besides the air cell
anyways. this morning Becca wanted to see it, so we took it with a flashlight where it's real dark, and candled, BUT on the way there our poms,who love baby critters, cept Ivan who'd literally lick it to death, got under my feet and tripped me up, I accidentally jerked the egg, and I could have SWORN, I felt and HEARD something hard(maybe it's head)
, hit the inside of the shell, and I've been worried all day, I've been waiting for this baby for a long time, it'll be my first "home growed" duckling ever,
it'll be fine right?, they're well protected in the shell, right??
