Where did you get it from, was it a hatchery?
If it was from a hatchery or a breeder they should have gave you there Migratory Bird Permit number if it was a Mallard.

I got her from TSC and they said she was a rouen and that she couldn't fly but she can fly very well and I'm worried she is a mallard and will try to migrate. This wouldn't be a big deal ifshe had a flockbut I only bought 2 ducks and the other one disappeared a month or so back. I dontwant her trying to take off on her own.
