I have a question I’m new to ducks I have a Female Pekin and a Male Mallard, will their offsprings be able to reproduce or will the be sterile.

Since they're both from mallard-derived breeds, their offspring should be able to reproduce. This thread may be helpful.

Where the possibility of reduced fertility or sterility occurs is when a mallard-derived breed is crossed to a Muscovy, which is not descended from mallards. The progeny of this cross are called "mules" or "moulards" and are typically sterile.

Yes there offspring will be fertile and capable of reproducing as they are domestic mallard derived breeds.
