What I want to know is-is that a consenting chicken? She looked like she was being held against her will.Why did no one help her?

I read that story and it was disturbing. It was a homeless man that seemed to be mentally unstable. He not only kissed and hugged the chicken, he was making obscene gestures with it. And wasn't caught. Wow, I find that sad! Poor chicken!
