Mandarin chicks

I have had to chicks hatch today from my mandarin ducks , they are still sitting on another 3 eggs , do I have to do anything or will mom and dad show them everything , I’m very apprehensive as mom and dad so very nervous and really haven’t tamed in the two years I’ve had them .
Absolutely any advice will help , they currently live next to my call ducks and are separated as call ducks made there lives a misery , they are separated by netting , they’ve never been able to fly ,
I presume there wings were clipped and have never grown back .

Mom and dad should show them everything and will take care of feeding if you put out appropriate feed for these ducks. They must have had their wings pinioned. If they haven’t flown in 2 yrs. Congrats on the new ducklings
