Marans, BR, or something else?

So i was thinking these were Barred Rocks or Marans, but now i'm confused as a lot of the barred and maran chicks don't have yellow on them, and mine do. So I'm wondering if maybe that means they are mixed? They're going to be about 3 weeks in two days.

I have two BRs and mine looked like that when they were little. I can't be one hundred percent sure though. Sorry I can't help more!

They do look odd. Marans and BR shouldn't have all that white and yellow on them. Perhaps they are male black sex links.

Atwoods. So maybe hatchery surprise?.. and the toes are looking pink right now.

In which case, mix (unless one of the "specialty hybrids") is unlikely.

I'm leaning towards Cuckoo Marans. Pretty certain they aren't Barred Rocks.
