    I agree white eggs are boring and that's why I'm hatching some more of my hens' eggs!!

    Oblio: WOW! I love the color of them.

    Katy: Your eggs look so nice and dark. How is the disposition of the Maran? Is it a good layer?

    I need some of them to add some more egg color variety.

    My marans' despositions have always been really good. I've had them for 5+ years and never had a mean rooster.
