Marbles in the water

I have been using marbles in the try of our chick waterer so that no one drowns. When is it safe to take them out?

I'd take them out when the chicks are a week or so old. By that time, they should be less clumsy and less inclined to fall into the water.

I usually take the marbles out of my chicks' water when they are about a week old. By that time they are bigger and less prone to stumbling into water. But just go by how big/strong your chicks are getting, mine are just one example.

Thanks! Do I take them out all of a sudden or wean them off the marbles?

Just take them out.
