I have a hatch due this weekend. They were placed three weeks ago Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and a couple more on Monday. Can I wait until all eggs are hatched to vaccinate or will that be too late for the first group?

It's my understanding it's never "too late" to vaccinate for Marek's. They do say younger is better, and it takes about 2 weeks for immunity to develop. But, some folks home vaccinate their sipped chicks (not sure why they don't have the hatchery do it?) and those chicks are 3ish days old by the time they get the vaccine.

since the vaccine has such a short life once activated, you'll pretty much have to wait until they've all hatched. I don't think it will be a problem.
