marigolds

    are marigolds good for my chickens?,are there other flowers that are benificial for them what about herbs?

    I give my quail and chicken cut up dandelion tops and leaves(No stem!Too sticky) I mix it with grass and they seem to like it. Finally I found a use for all of those weeds in my yard.[​IMG]

    Yes, marigolds can actually make their egg yolks a brighter yellow.
