Mass on hen vs egg bound

I thought my hen was possibly egg bound. She has a large mass, but when I did an internal exam there is no egg inside. She is super skinny, I can feel her breast bone. Could it be a tumor?

It could be cancer. Does anything show on her outside? How old is she, and has she been laying eggs? Is a vet visit possible?

she is 2 years old. Nothing visual on the outside other than looking lethargic. Not sure if she is laying, I have 36 laying hens. Chicken vet is hard to get into and over an hour from my house.
