    One of my "girls" which I have previously asked about sex wise on here started crowing yesterday..I mean a real cock a doodle do! And she's still doing it! I live in the city....do girls ever crow! HELP!:(

    Girls can crow occasionally but it is rare and never like a rooster's. It is most likely you have a boy. I am so sorry :(
    If you want double confirmation, you can post a updated picture?

    Have been on to poultry farm who sold them to me oh yes...by the way the other one is a boy too!!! I have to take them back on Sunday and they will give me a full refund and give me two other birds in the spring..Im gutted really gutted.

    Hens can crow, but usually only when they're older or have an internal problem. But your bird is definitely a rooster.

    Looks like you have a buff Orpington type they get quite errr.......... big here is one of mine against a sussex hybrid
