maybe a leghorn mix?

    so i know i was given a glw hen and i have this one and no one really knows lol there are leghorns in the flock does this look like a mix?

    Just a mix that most hatchery's sell a this and that breed. Looks like what some have been calling Tetra Tints.

    This is not a White Rock, notice the white earlobes, indicates Leghorn ancestry.

    Pretty hen tough, and I'm not knocking mixed chickens, you ought to see some of mine.

    Those earlobes are red. [​IMG]


    But as stated in the last thread with this girl, she's likely an Amberlink or TetraTint.

    That's great! She is a good looking chicken and a good layer, cannot beat that. With those two attributes wouldn't mind owning a few myself.
