Hi, this is my mystery rare/exotic chicken from McMurray. We received it with a batch of 25 cornish x. Any idea what it is? Our best guess is Easter egger? It'll be 12 weeks really soon. As a baby it was brown and looked like a chipmunk. Thanks so much!

Cockeral due to his comb? We Can't find anything else saying cockeral except for the color of that comb?

Yes the comb is s big part of it, but in addition the color pattern is unique to males in easter eggers.

Ok thanks! We will be needing a roo. Our latest Wyandotte was so rough with the girls they had no feathers on their heads or backs. Our best roo is old and you can tell and our other roo is a bantam. Hope an Easter Egger is gentler

Roosters are a crapshoot, but my best one was an EE..
