McMurray "Mystery Chick"

    Any opinions on breed or sex? It has grey skin and feathers. It is 25 days old now.

    Not sure aabout breed but definitely looks like a roo!

    That is what I figure, especially based upon what others have posted that their mystery chicks turned out to be.

    As soon as the order arrived, we looked through the McMurray catalog to try and dtermine the breed with NO LUCK. I thought it might be more apparent at this point, since he has feathers. It is very pretty, I'm not sure we will keep it once it starts to crow though.

    Looks like a roo. Our mystery chick from McMurray turned out to be a huge Dark Brahma rooster with a huge crow. Had to get rid of him. I doubt they send anything other than roosters.

    My guess is Blue (splash) Andalusian. Has the right comb, legs and feathers.
