I went to the feed store vaguely hoping for ducks. I had no plan and no idea how to explain that to husband...but I came back with 5 meat birds.

I figure we start small and see if we like them.

So, we now have Burrito, Pot Pie, Casserole, Fajita, and Alfredo in a brooder in the laundry room.

thats cool. i hope to try some next year or so if the chickens work out good for us here. they seam so easy to do and only take 8 weeks. hardest part seams the poop and keeping it all clean. let me know how it works out for u

Husband just found them...I'm still alive.

He's so cool.

His main concerns are cost related.
