Mean chick

I picked up 9 chicks yesterday(all different breeds). They are all 1-2 weeks old. Two of the chicks seem to be getting picked on to the point of blood drawn. Both have blood spots on their butts from being pecked. I don't have a second heat source so I'm not sure how to separate them. It seems like a black austrlorp and one other are doing the picking. Any advice?

How large is the brooder?
Can you post pictures?
Put red dots on the walls of the brooder with a Sharpie marker to draw their attention to them instead of the chicks.

Two Xlarge plastc tubs modified into one space. Other than the pecking all seem healthy. Putting red dots on tubs now.
