Meaties outside 1st day *PICS* and a couple wild turkeys...

    My Red Broilers enjoyed themselves for a couple hours earlier. Twice - a few of my laying pullets came close to be nosy. After they were satisfied with their peeping of my peeps, they put their heads down and ran as fast as they could to the other girls to tell them all about it.

    I find it's interesting that there's so much color variation...

    AND HERE! Look! Wild turkeys. They and the deer take up all of the back woods. I wonder how the turkeys would taste. Hmm. Like turkey? [​IMG]

    They're very cute (of course)! Have you done meat birds before? I keep tossing the idea around, but so far am just too "chicken."
