Med Dosage for Gleet in a Bantam

My teeny Silkie has vent gleet. I've treated this previously in a large breed hen a few years ago.

My question:

What would be the correct dosage of yeast meds for a Silkie who weighs 1.25lbs? Is it the same as for a larger bird? 1/2 in of cream to the beak for ~7 days. And applied to the vent.

Or am I thinking of sour crop treatment? Can't find my notes....

I don't know for sure, but I probably would use less. Hopefully someone more familiar with the treatment of this can help out.
