I just introduced four Bitties into my flock. They are 3 weeks old and still on starter crumbles. Is it okay if I let the big chickens eat the starter crumbles and just give them oyster shells? Or is it bad to allow all those chickens to eat medicated food if I'm eating their eggs?

Your eggs from hens eating medicated crumbles are safe to eat. If they decide they prefer medicatd crumbles to their layer feed, be sure to provide free choice oystershell for them.
