She is named after my friend Corin See the Human. The question is, what breed is she?

Hmmm...what would make you think she is a silkie mix?

The extra toes and the little tuft on her head, as well as her dark skin. She looks just like my Silkie X Onagadori hen, the pretty orangish color in her wings and all. Only Corin looks bigger.

Quote:5 toes, purple comb and wattle and the top hat. I don't think pure Silkie.

Yeah, I think her coloring is really cool, but I would have never guessed she was a silkie mix.

She is a bit of a finicky hen, and definitely thinks she is at the top of the pecking order! And she runs like crazy from me whenever I come near. I had to chase her around with the camera to get her picture.

I'm thinking Silkie mix too! Whatever she is, she is lovely. [IMG]
