I just got 4 new baby hopefully hen Orpingtons!! Can anyone help me with the coloring and tips on raising these babies. Also how to I make them love me as much as I love them??

Where did you get them?
I think I see a black (with black down and black feathers); a blue (dark down, feathers dark grayish), and a splash (light gray with some darker bits in the wings.)

I don't know about the one with tan down and black wing feathers. I don't think I've ever seen a chick that looked like that before--quite a striking contrast!

Egg well farm in SC! I love them but unfortunately I’m seeing aggressive behavior from the tan one with the splash. Worried that he’s showing signs of a roo :( the breeder said I could exchange him on Friday

I just looked at their website, and they have Orpingtons in Black, Blue, and Splash--so those are probably the colors you have!

Sounds like a good plan. I'm sure the breeder knows more about sexing these particular chicks than any of us seeing pictures over the internet :)

Always tough with these little babies! It’s sad but I can’t have a roo
