The most appealing mutations in birds are almost always color related, and between this, the ones that cause more amazement for many people (including me) are the melanistic and leucistic.
So I decided to create a topic where everyone could show their birds that have this rare trait!

Post your special birds' pictures!

P.S.- I wanted this topic to embrace all captivity birds (including poultry), so I searched but didn't found a better place to create this topic, as this "Breeds, Genetics, & Showing" appears to be a bit chicken targeted.

The top photo is also a White Rhea, not an Ostrich.

Thanks! Do you have any leucistic or melanistic animals at your farm?
