If I receive chicks that aren’t vaccinated, is it still ok that I administer the Mericks vaccine myself before they leave the brooder? I know it’s best at day old but it would be past that. Where do you buy the vaccine? Thanks!

You get it through the feed store or poultry supply store.
If they're being shipped to you, you can have the vaccinated. If your getting them from a feed store, it's likely too late since 'day old' chicks are 3 days old and the vaccination window stops at 3 days and then they have to be kept completely seperate from other birds for three weeks.
Mareks vaccine doesn't prevent them from getting or spreading mareks, it just keeps the symptoms down and reduces the chance of dying from it. If vaccinated birds catch mareks, they likely won't die but they'll carry it.
