Messed up in my transition to lockdown. Help?

So I set up lockdown last night in my Nurture 360. After the candling I removed three obvious yolkers. When I added the additional water to up the humidity I closed the vent thinking I'd just close it for a few to help the temp and humidity do back up. And I forgot to reopen it! This morning I went in and checked and the temp was normal and humidity was 79 and the vent was shit. Did I murder all my chicks by suffocation?!?!?!?!
