Metzer Farms has a fan page on Facebook and they are posting tons of pictures. It is great. All their birds look happy and healthy. And the pens and houses look so clean.

I'm just so in love with Metzer Farms [IMG]

Not having hatcheries here in Australia like you guys do there..I had to go check it out. Although tonight after just taking another duckling from the bator ( that makes 3 brooders and 20 something ducklings in my house right now - I am beginning to feel like I run one!! )

    Unbelievable!

So where you guys are getting eating eggs and chicken meat from?
    China?!

In US we are unfortunately stuck with 99% merchandise from China, but our staples, meat and veggies are still coming mostly from our farms.

Thanks God we can still eat food grown here, or grow, raise our own.

There are hatcheries- but they sell commercial quantities mostly, and pretty much only cross bred layers or meat birds are hatched. We also cant ship day olds in the post like you guys can.
