Okay, here's the plan... get some slow roasted free ranged, gourmet midget white turkey breast, fix it up for him REALLY GOOD as a surprise meal. Not like thanksgiving, like... google gourmet turkey recipes... feed him THAT and then ask him if you could try raising a couple... If he doesn't completely go belly up and beg you to get a couple of turkeys... well, you may have to try next month, different recipe...
