Migrating European Starlings?!?

    So I've been seeing a "mystery bird" around lately, and I looked it up on Whatbird.com. I got American Robin, European Starling, and Fish Crow. I think it's a robin because I've been seeing some of those around too. I looked up if European starlings migrate. I didn't think so, but apparently, they stay in NY year round! Then how come I never see them in the winter? Can anyone help me?

    We just had a huge starling migration fly through Phoenix last week going to the southwest.

    ... rats of the sky....

    Yes, and if you have a bird feeder out (for wild birds) they will clean that out too. Nasty birds "([​IMG]
    My DH calls them cat food.

    Then why does Whatbird say they don't?!?!?

    I just saw a massive starling migration.... It was weird.
