Milking Stand for N.G.s??

I did also post this question on BYH, so I hope it's OK to also post it here. Anyway, I have seen plans on Fiasco Farm and in my Storey's guide to raising dairy goats for building milking stands. I was wondering if they need to be scaled down for the Nigerians, and if so, how to do that.

I built the one posted on fiasco, but scaled it down for my mini-manchas. I can't remember exactly what measurements I ended up using, but I know I shortened it a bit since I didn't need it to be so long, and I made the opening for the neck lower. I think I just kind of eyeballed my does to figure out how to do that part of it.
