Here are some pics of my sweet little 5 week old Mille Fleur Cochin Bantam Chicks. I think I have 1 Roo (the lighter one on the left) and 1 Pullet (the darker one on the right)? Fingers crossed! I look forward to hearing from the pro's out there! Sorry they are so fuzzy... it's really hard to get these guys to stay still! [IMG]

Those look like Mottled Cochins, not Mille Fleur.

The one on the left looks like a cockerel, the one on the right (darker) looks like a pullet.

Could be a pullet...watch for wattles...they start coming out and to redden...anytime soon...then I'd say cockeral....they will change so much as they grow..its amazing!!!

I hope I'm wrong, but it looks more like a little roo to me. Keeping my fingers crossed for you.

Quote:It's funny you mention wattles... earlier I noticed what I thought looked like the beginning of some wattles on the boy mille... I was pretty surprised to see them... they do grow up so fast [IMG]
