Hi anyone in SE Texas. The predators have left me with a single hen. Could anyone give her a home before she is eaten?

You should be able to find her a home. Hopefully you secure her pen before she gets eaten.

Her pen is very secure. The problem is she free ranges in the day and the coyote come at noon.

Well, lunch is at noon. I'd kept her penned up until you find her a home. Just letting her become the daily special seems kinda cruel.

Yes but it may be more cruel to have her be alone. She is quite unhappy. If I could bring myself to process her, that is probably the right answer, but I don't think I can do it.
