Mini or fart egg 3 days in a row. Should I be concerned?

I have 6 hens, one just returning from being broody and an 11 week old. Each day there is a small mini egg in the nest box. We have had probably five of these previously over the last two years but never day after day.

Is this sudden frequency a concern?

How small? Like a pullet egg?

Birds coming back into lay can lay small eggs for while at first.
I doubt an 11 week old is laying.
