Here is a pic of our little miracle.

Broody mom was sitting on several eggs when we noticed something was getting in the coop and taking the eggs. We moved her and the eggs into a different coop and she decided she was not going to sit any longer. : ( This happened a week ago when we had the cold snap in Florida. The eggs were in the nest without mom all day. So we ran and got an incubator. There were 4 eggs left, but this is the only one that made it.

Its a mutt.... Daddy was a splash cochin(LF) and Mom was a....ummm... "sorta" silkie. Shes all black, feathers, skin, everything. No fifth toe and her feathers are like regular chicken feathers but she does have a crest.
