hot chocolate with marshmallows and whipped cream

Today was yet another miserable day to add to a miserable week. So when I got home this is what I made myself.
With every sip I can feel another muscle relax - each marshmallow removes a little agony and the mug warms my being.

I can feel every cell in my person beginning to smile..............

Anybody else have a cure for misery??

    please share

That sounds like a great cure. I'm glad that it's making you feel better. [IMG]

I listen to music and read a book at the same time.

I like to destress with a good session of stretching. I know a few yoga poses from watching yoga programs on TV, but I have never taken a yoga class. Still, I have a couple of books and have a routine of yoga and pilates-type stretches and poses I do to help me decompress... which I seem to be doing a lot of these days. LOL.

However, I have to admit there IS something super-comforting about hot cocoa with marshmallows when you feel miserable to your core.

To the OP: Whatever's going on, I hope it's getting better now. [IMG]

The crap I'm dealing with is nothing worse than what most are dealing with - I was just sharing my cure and wondering what others used for a cure.

Godsgrl - thanks for reminding me of spring - that always brings smile

In my case, misery loves a hot bath and a good book and a BIG glass of wine. [IMG]
