Here is my entry:

This is Poppy.
She is a Black Sexlink.
She is about 5 months old.
She should be Miss Chicken 2010 because she is so sweet and friendly. She lets you pick her up and cuddle her. She loves all people and even lets 5 year old children pick her up and handle her with no fuss. Poppy never runs away from the coop, like the bad Amber Links. She stays around the coop with her best chicken friend, Ginny. And she always goes back in the coop when we want her to. Poppy is a beautiful Sexlink, with bits of reddish brown around her neck. SHe has jet black feathers that shine green and blue in the light. Like most chickens, she is very intellegent. She knows when you are talking to her, too.

Breed: Black Cochin Bantam
Age: 1.8years old. (That would be one year and eight months)

With her friend, Nilla (short for Vanilla)

And being a good broody

I think that Tissi should be the new Miss Chicken 2010 because she is beautiful, sweet, and loving (and fluffy!).

Hello this is my hen Beauty. She is 8 months old and her breed is an OEGB Red Pyle.
This is Beauty her first picture she is wondering what the camera.

Here she is again looking her best.

And now she looks like she will go to sleep soon.

The reason why I think she should be Miss chicken is because she is beautiful, loving, kind and gentle.
She loves people and she flew on my head once because she wanted her daily attention.
