Im going to fix Miss P's Mac and Cheese thats in the new BYC cookbook...which by the way, is FABULOUS!!!....and in her recipe it says one box of macaroni, but doesnt say if its the 8oz or the 16 oz. Anyone who has the cookbook, can you look at the recipe and tell me what you think it is? Im going to add some ground beef seasoned with taco seasoning, and broccoli florets to it....sounds yummy, doesnt it??

I was thinking the same thing, so I plunged ahead and made it....cooking now in the oven. I added taco seasoned ground beef and broccoli. I love meals like that; they last for days. I hope.

    That looks great!

I have a Cheeter Mac n Cheese (Schwans), but you have inspired me to dress it up.
Maybe some ham, broccoli and cauliflower.

I am thawing the m&c and I will mix it up before putting it in the oven.
