Missing 2 day old

I've it a hen hatching ducklings.
She had 6. Two in shell yet.
One hatched last night - and now I'm missing two, two day old ducklings with no signs of them. She's in a raised nesting box, and I was waiting to move her until the last eggs hatched since they were beaks out.
The coop has other ducks in it, but they're really docile.
My kids didn't lock up the flock last night. So it's possible that something came in. But I see NO sign of anything else being disturbed.
Any ideas?

We have 4 week olds in a coop within the coop/run of the older chickens. Every once in a while a smaller chick gets out (unnoticed) and the most we've ever found was a spine and two legs. The ones that get out while we are around are more than happy to go back into their enclosure after being pecked by every hen they've run by in their 30 seconds of freedom.

Maybe not your answer, but a possibility.
