Missing neck feathers....Ideas?

Our Easter Egger hen (one of three hens, about 9 months old; no roosters) is missing her neck feathers in the front and slightly to the sides of her neck. This is a fairly recent finding. Could it be that she is being pecked by a bully or an illness? Ideas to manage/treat/prevent? She doesn't have any areas that are bleeding.

I have the same issue on both of my Black Sex Links. It doesn't appear to be bothering them. I'm anxious to see what others have to say.

I wondered about molting, too... Have another hen (same breed, same age) but doesn't have this issue.... ?????????

LOL, my OEGB hen is doing the same thing. No signs of trauma, i.e. pecking... I hope its just molting!
