If anyone has fresh goat milk, I strongly encourage you to make yogurt. Miss Prissy has a recipe that really works well. We just tried it a couple days ago and it is yummy and so easy. I had no idea it would be so easy to make yogurt. Also, you don't need a machine --something I thought was necessary so I did not consider making yogurt before.

The kids love it. I am going to see if the chickens will eat it too!

Normally I avoid yogurt because it gives me a stomach ache. We have made a few batches of this yogurt and I love it. I actually crave it a couple times a day. We are using fresh goat milk. I now put the yogurt on my cereal instead of milk.

My question is, why am I actually craving this yogurt? Is it habit forming? Maybe our goat should carry a warning label. [IMG]
