Mites/lice, feather pulling/pecking, or wound?

Hi all, one of my hens has a yellow patchy area under her feathers on her side. The rest of her feathers generally look normal and I haven’t seen parasites during previous checks. I have two other hens who each have a smaller (about half the size of a dime), milder yellow patch—one is near the chest and another is in the hip area.

I will attach a photo of the most significant patch; I would be very grateful for the definitive opinions of more experienced chicken keepers. Thank you so much!

Hard to tell from that closeup image...it looks like she has broken feathers in that same area?
And is that blood, a cut....that I am seeing?
