Mites/Lice?

Hello! One of my chickens (Buff orpington) has black spots on its tail feathers.

She appears to be clean near the vent. I think it might be dirt or dust that is on her tail feathers.

It not lice or mites, it color leakage, sometimes called smutting. It's commonly seen in hatchery birds.
