I enjoy the mixed flock I currently have. We breed for smaller combs and things that help our birds survive the harsh winters. Currently I have a mixed flock of cuckoo marans and different color variants of wyandotte. We enjoy having a unique looking flock, as well as a healthy and hardy bunch of dual purpose birds.

Your Buff Laced Wyandotte has beautiful lacing :)

I have a mixed flock of about 20 birds, some are hybrids and others are surplus stock from my breeding groups. I like having a mixed group as it's nice too see a variety of colours and characters :)
