Mixed silkie/ bantam Cochin (I think) is he a Roo?

Around 7 weeks...

I think I might be 2 for 4 on my flock... This one I know is Roo but idk what mix he is maybe sebright/ bantam Cochin. He's soooo cute but we live in a neighborhood and I can't have two Roos

the lady I got them from thankfully said she'd switch me out some chicks but still

The second one does look like a rooster, the first one I would wait and see.

They are both around 7 weeks maybe closer to 8.

Then I do think the first bird is a cockerel also. too much comb for a pullet of that age.
