I have three types of eggs in the incubator. When/If they all hatch can I keep them together? They are standard sized chickens, bantams and quail.

I have 4 quail, 4 bantams, and 12 standard eggs.

I cant speak about the quail.i've never owned any,but i've always had LF and bantams together. The only time i had trouble was when i had a serama in with some bigger chicks and they accidently hurt her.

What kind of quail? Some quail are more sociable than others, but I would guess Bobwhites or one of the other "nice" species would be ok, but you will probably lose a few to getting stepped on or slept on, etc...
