Just like the title says any worries with mixing meat chicks and laying chicks in the same brooder for the first 3 weeks? I'll move the meaties out at 3 weeks but I was worried the smaller heritage chicks would get get pushed around a little by the bigger cornish chicks? I was thinking maybe put a roost in to give the heritage chicks an escape?

I wouldn't expect any issues. The meaties will grow faster and may hog the food, so watch for that. I wouldn't expect either group to "pick on" the other if raised together from the start aside from routine stuff.

I did that and there was no problem you just need to keep food down for them as the Cornish x are piggies. I raised one group with 6 sexlinks and 15 Cornish x for 6 weeks before I took the layers out that group of Cornish were the most active I have ever seen only problem was there feed conversion wasn’t as good but they seemed more healthy after taking out the sexlinks the Cornish just grew like crazy
