Mixing Silkies Color

Hi, I am going to get a buff silkie rooster later today and I have a black hen. What would the chicks look like if I mixed the two? TIA

I'm not sure if they are true. That is only their outer color :/

The reason I asked that Is I bred black to black and got some white and black, even some pretty grey that sold good---LOL, But I have bred some white to white and got all white? So I do not know how to answer your OP?? Maybe some black and some buff??

Black to black and get white.... Wow! I guess white was in there somewhere Maybe. I don't really mind what color the babies are. I like surprises. Is it possible to get a partridge color?

That's why I asked if they were true---if not---who knows? Breed them and See!!

Welp I was going to get the buff roo today but I had to move it to tomorrow. I might build a 20 dollar incubator and take some of the first (from what I can tell) fertile eggs to see what I will get
