So a friend is offering us a buff orpington hen to start our flock because hers is getting picked on. Problem is I don't have any other chickens except for one month old d'uccle and one month old BCM. I don't want her to be lonely so do you guys think it would be possible to introduce them in a good way?

just make sure the hen has all her vaccinations. I don't know about the dynamics of chick to hen, but since there's so few they'd probably get along fine.
