Mixing younger and older

I have 5 eight week old Silkie/Fizzles, not sure how many boys or girls, into the coop that has two one year female adult Silkies. The two adults are always picking on the younger ones. Will this work itself out as they get older? It's been a few weeks now.

It should they have to establish the pecking order.. I just put 4 week old in with 5 hens one rooster. They chase a little but they havent hurt them... good luck
