I got a couple of modenas today.

The white one is an '07, the black one is an '04. How long do they generally live? Is that one fairly long in the beak? lol

Pigeons have lived up to 30 or so years [IMG] As long as you take care of them, they will have a long happy life!

I read that they will produce regularly for 5 years after that their fertility and laying ability goes way down.

The older one's feet are calloused on the bottom. Is there anything I can do for that?

Just a couple new pics.... They laid their first egg a few days ago, as of this morning they have 2, so hoping for a couple babies before long.
