I just got my four silkies on Friday and haven’t had them in rain yet, today it poured cats & dogs. Even though they have a warm & dry coop and enclosed run— rose decided to break out the Mohawk and sit in the rain

Hilarious! My D'Uccle 'Tango' (pictured in my profile picture) sits in the rain when it pours down. She loves it! Usually I have to put her inside the coop because she won't go in on her own. She looks like a drowned rat, she is that wet! Cute silkie!

So my 3 silkies r 5 wks old now and been outside full-time since the past weekend. I let them roam around the backyard with their coop/run open. We've been getting popular rain off n on all week and they normally go to the run that is covered.
I just looked out to check on em and they are all huddled up together under my camping chair that is folded up in corner of the house.
I really thought I had some smart ones
